CFHA will determine the flood hazard status of the property by locating the given property address on the current Flood Insurance Rate Maps issued by the FEMA in the National Flood Insurance Program. The cost of a Basic Flood Search is just $10.
Life of Loan Flood Searches
Life of loan provides the lender with continuous monitoring of the property flood hazard status for the life of the loan. In the event a loan is sold/delivered to a third party, CFHA will continue to provide notifications to the third party as long as the lender notified CFHA of the third party name, address, and contact person. For Life of Loan monitoring service, our fee is $10.00.
